1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website digitalincomeai.life (the "Site") operated by DigitalIncomeAI Training Inc. 3. Nature of services — vocational training only
DigitalIncomeAI teaches skills related to earning digital income with AI tools. The .life domain is a branding choice reflecting digital lifestyle income education. We do not provide life coaching, wellness programmes, investment products, or guaranteed passive income systems. We are a vocational training provider offering programmes, workshops, coaching, and educational resources about AI-assisted content services, automation offerings, digital products, and responsible business practices.
We are not an investment adviser, registered dealer, staffing agency, client marketplace, or business opportunity scheme. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
4. Income and results disclaimer
DigitalIncomeAI provides vocational training on earning digital income using artificial intelligence tools. We teach skills, methods, and responsible business practices — not guaranteed financial outcomes. Individual income depends on effort, experience, market conditions, pricing decisions, and factors beyond our control. No programme on this Site promises a specific salary, passive income level, or return on investment. Examples shared for educational purposes are illustrative only and may not reflect typical results.
This disclaimer aligns with Competition Bureau Canada guidance on fair business practices in the earning and business opportunity space. Training on earning with AI teaches skills and methods; individual income results depend on effort, experience, market demand, pricing, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, client volume, or employment outcome. Past learner examples are illustrative only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form
- Attempt to circumvent form security measures including honeypot and referer validation
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
- Misrepresent your affiliation with DigitalIncomeAI
We reserve the right to block access and report abuse to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum summaries, programme descriptions, layout, and design — is owned by DigitalIncomeAI Training Inc. or licensed to us and protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires prior written consent.
Enrolled learners receive a limited licence to access and use programme materials for personal learning during the enrolment period. Materials may not be shared, resold, republished, or used to create competing training products. Upon enrolment, specific intellectual property terms in your enrolment agreement apply.
7. Programme fees and payment
Programme fees displayed on the Site are indicative in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary by format, cohort size, and promotions. Final pricing is confirmed in your enrolment agreement before payment. All applicable taxes (including HST/GST where required) are disclosed before payment. We accept payment methods specified during enrolment. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in suspension of access to training materials.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by your enrolment agreement and applicable consumer protection law. Alberta's Fair Trading Act and related regulations may provide cancellation rights for distance sales, including cooling-off periods where applicable. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within the prescribed window for a refund minus the value of services already delivered.
Refund requests outside statutory periods are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Administrative fees may apply as disclosed in your enrolment agreement. To request cancellation, contact [email protected] with your enrolment reference. We will respond within five business days.
9. Training delivery
We deliver training through live online cohorts, hybrid formats, self-paced modules, workshops, and coaching as described for each programme or service. Schedules, instructor assignments, and platform access details are provided upon enrolment. We reserve the right to substitute instructors of equivalent qualification and to adjust schedules with reasonable notice. If we cancel a programme before start, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next cohort at your choice.
10. Learner conduct
Enrolled learners must participate respectfully in cohort sessions and forums. Harassment, discrimination, sharing of other learners' personal information, or submission of plagiarised work may result in removal from a programme without refund. We maintain professional standards consistent with vocational training expectations in Alberta.
11. Third-party tools and platforms
Our training references mainstream AI tools and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or official partners of any third-party platform unless explicitly stated. Learners are responsible for their own accounts, subscriptions, and compliance with third-party terms of service. We make no warranty regarding third-party platform availability, pricing, or policy changes.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Training content reflects our curriculum at the time of publication and may be updated as AI tools and market conditions evolve.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalIncomeAI Training Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in training, including loss of income, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for training services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100 if no payment was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain liabilities; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalIncomeAI Training Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights through your conduct.
15. Privacy and data
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA. Contact form submissions require your express consent for collection under PIPEDA and CASL. See our Privacy Policy for details on access, correction, and complaint procedures.
16. Competition Act and fair practices
We comply with the Competition Act (Canada) and Alberta consumer protection standards. We do not engage in false or misleading representations about income potential, programme outcomes, or our registration status. Our PVTC registration reference (PVTC-AB-2847-23) indicates alignment with Alberta private vocational training requirements; it does not constitute government endorsement. If you believe we have made a misleading representation, contact us or the Competition Bureau of Canada.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your province of residence.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any enrolment agreement you enter into, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. They supersede prior oral or written communications on the same subject.
20. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Review these Terms periodically.
