• Do you guarantee I will earn money or passive income with AI?

  No. DigitalIncomeAI provides vocational training on digital income skills — we do not guarantee any specific earnings, passive income levels, client volumes, or employment outcomes. Our programmes teach methods for building AI-powered service offerings, pricing your work, and launching responsibly in Canadian markets. Whether you earn income depends on your effort, existing skills, market demand, pricing decisions, competition, and many factors entirely outside our control.

  We repeat this disclaimer prominently because honest education requires it. The Competition Bureau of Canada expects businesses in the earning and business opportunity space to present realistic expectations. Any training provider that promises guaranteed income with AI is misleading you. Our learner snapshots and case descriptions are anonymised illustrations for educational purposes — they may not reflect typical results and must not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

• What will I actually learn about earning with AI?

  You will learn practical vocational skills for AI-assisted digital work: content and copy production workflows, automation and workflow offerings, digital product creation, service packaging and CAD pricing, client scope documents, ethical AI disclosure, and responsible launch methods. Programmes include hands-on labs where you build real deliverables — service menus, proposal templates, workflow prototypes — reviewed by instructors. The focus is competence you apply in your own market, not abstract theory or motivational content.

• Is this an investment or business opportunity scheme?

  No. DigitalIncomeAI is a registered vocational training provider selling education — programmes, workshops, coaching, and module access. We are not an investment adviser, cryptocurrency platform, MLM operator, dropshipping scheme, or paid referral programme. You pay for training; we deliver curriculum, instructor feedback, and educational resources. Any income you generate after training comes from your own client work or product sales — not from us paying you or recruiting others.

• Are you registered as a training provider in Canada?

• Do you offer online or in-person training?

  Most programmes and services are delivered live online with scheduled cohort sessions, making them accessible across Canada. Hybrid formats combine self-paced modules with live labs. We occasionally host in-person workshops at our Edmonton office for local learners and corporate clients — these are listed separately when available. All formats provide the same educational content; choose based on your schedule and learning preference.

• Who typically enrols in your programmes?

  Our learners include career changers exploring AI service work, marketing and communications professionals adding AI offerings, small business owners seeking digital income channels, and Canadians building side-income skills while employed elsewhere. Most learners are adults with some professional experience; no prior AI expertise is required for foundational programmes. We do not target students seeking life coaching, wellness guidance, or investment products.

• How long are programmes and what time commitment is required?

  Programmes range from 3 weeks (intensive pricing programme) to 8 weeks (advanced scaling cohort). Expect 5–10 hours per week including live sessions, assignments, and self-study for cohort formats. Self-paced library access allows flexible scheduling over 3–12 months. 1:1 coaching packages span 4–8 weeks. Exact schedules are provided upon enrolment for each cohort start date.

• What is your payment and refund policy?

  Programme fees are quoted in CAD and due according to the enrolment agreement provided before payment. Alberta's Fair Trading Act and applicable consumer protection rules govern cancellation rights for distance sales. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within the prescribed window for a refund minus any services already delivered. • What tools or software do I need?

  You need a reliable computer, stable internet, and accounts with mainstream AI platforms covered in your programme (typically including widely available generative AI tools). We recommend but do not require paid subscriptions — free tiers suffice for foundational work. Specific tool lists are provided upon enrolment. Software licence costs are the learner's responsibility and are not included in programme fees.

• What ethical guidelines do you teach for AI client work?

  We teach transparent disclosure when AI assists deliverables, quality review standards before client handoff, scope boundaries that prevent overpromising, respect for client confidentiality and PIPEDA obligations, and honest marketing without misleading claims about AI capabilities. Ethical practice protects your reputation and aligns with Competition Act fair business practices — it is core curriculum, not an optional module.

• How do you handle my personal data?

  We collect and use personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and our Privacy Policy. Enrolment and contact data are used to deliver training, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations.
